Any words of wisdom? Any tips?
One twin does pretty well with sleeping from 8pm-7am, but the other one still wakes up 1-2 times per night. And, he just wants milk. I've tried patting, rocking, putting him in bed with us, and lots of other things. But, he still won't sttn and will only go back to sleep once his gotten his belly full of milk. He is also the first child to wake up from their morning and afternoon naps. Is he just a bad sleeper? Is there any hope??
Thanks for any insights!!
Re: 11 months old and not sttn
This. Neriah still gets up every 40min - 2 hours all night.
I'm going to scare you.
DS is still not STTN. He did it for a week earlier this month. Then stopped. He's toying with us. LOL
JILL!!!! Hi Pretty lady!
I have one awesome sleeper and one crappy sleeper, I usually have to just put her in bed with me if I want any kind of sleep, yes I know bad, bad habit, but I am so exhausted.
I can't wait to meet those cute little boys!

Oh, that stinks! Hope the crying is brief.
And let's start looking into some July weekend dates; hopefully everyone can make it this time.
Are you still having your July 4th party??

Okay-I'll check with Steve and get back to you soon!
Btw, the girls are just so beautiful! My boys can't wait to check them out! Sorry if they stare; I can't make them cooperate very well. lol
My pediatrician told me only to feed DS if it had been 6 hours since bedtime. This got us down to one feeding a night and then that slowly tapered off to none. You can try giving a little less formula (or less minutes on the breast) each night. I was scared DS would go hungry, but now he wakes up in the morning and wants to play for a while before having his bottle. He was clearly not hungry.
Consistency is key for some babies. I would always cave and bring DS to bed, so my husband took over night duty for a couple weeks and was very methodical about it.
Naps still suck, but are slowly getting better. I often wonder if I am doing something wrong, because my friend's baby is such an amazing sleeper, but I think you prove that it just depends on the baby.
