Reston Pediatrician Recs, please:-)

Hi,

I am moving from Old Town to Reston and will be looking for a new doctor.  We currently go to Northern Virginia Pediatric Assc., but Falls Church won't be that easy anymore:-(

Any good recommendations for the Reston/Herndon/Fair Oaks area?

    We go to Virginia Pediatric Group. Their office is in Herndon off of Elden right near the entrance to 7100. So far we like it there. We have seen Shannon (PA-C) and Dr. Libby, and we like them both very much. We've been for check-ups and shots (they are supportive of an alternate schedule) and have had a great experience so far.  We've called the nurse line a couple of times, very pleasent and helpful.  We have also paged the Dr. on call once for a very minor food reaction,  we were called back very quickly.

    We go to Fairfax Pediatric Associates.  They have an office at Fair Oaks Hospital, and one in Centerville.  So far we have been pleased.  Initially advice nurse line was a disappointment, but the past few times I have used it they have been very helpful.  The nurses are kind and gentle and the Drs we have seen all have been patient with all of my new mom concerns.

    We go to Reston Town Center Pediatrics--located off the Fairfax County Parkway, across the street from Reston Hospital.  We love it there.
