NBR: Please help me....Is Etsy reliable?

Hi girls, I know that some of you love etsy and I saw 3 cute cookie monster shirts so I decided to give it a try. I bought 3 shirts on Friday (One for DS, DH, and for me) to wear them on my DS's birthday party this sunday. I paid for them immediately on Friday but I have not heard from the seller since. She has over 100 positive reviews and she supposedly ships the item the nest day so I figured I was safe. I e-mailed her twice from my hotmail account (she also has a hotmail account) and I just e-mailed her again through Etsy (I am new on the site so I don't know exactly how it works). I know that on e-bay you know when people ship things to you but I am not sure how to check on Etsy. Is there anything else I should check or do? Thanks!

    Nevermind ladies, she just replied to my e-mail. SHe said she is guaranteeing that they will be here on time. I was going nuts, I almost bought 3 new shirts from another seller. Thank you anyways.
