Newb Question Time! (Feel free to mock me)

So, uhm, would I count my first day of bleeding as CD1? I'm pretty sure I would, but just curious. I'm going to chart my little heart out (TTA what? no) and I figured I should start temping again soon.

    My Dr. has confused me even more by this.

    If I end up having a 'full' cycle, like actually bleeding (which is rare).  Then I don't count the spotting and count only the first day of bleeding.

    If, however,  I have only a couple of days of spotting (more common for me).  Then I count the first day of spotting.

    So weird.

    And now I can't mock you.

    Yeah... and I promise not to give up just because my b/w says I didn't ovulate this time. The universe did that whole BFP thing just to prove to me that I'm an idiot.

    GL with charting.  I would count the first day of bleeding as CD1.  Now I'll have to start chartstalking you.
