  My doc gave me a script for a momEZ belt ( $42). He gave it to me for my hips but it has not helped them at all but it has helped the back pain hth

  I use the belt from BRU.  Works for me and definitely takes pressure off my back!  HTH....

  that one was very helpful to me...there is another they carry in store with 2 adjustable straps that come around the back that I have been using and I like it. It relieves back pressure and stomach, good luck!

  I have the same one as pp for when I run, and I really really like it.  Make a huge difference.
