Prenatal Chiropractor

Hi Ladies,

Does anyone know of a good prenatal chiropractor in San Diego?  I'm in dire need!

    I go to Dr. Allison Specer at the Center for Health and Wellbeing in the Mission Hills/Hillcrest area. She is wonderful!! She is the only chiropractor that I have ever liked.

    I went to her for something non-pregnancy related at first - I had a horrible back spasm/strain that I couldn't take anything for because I was pregnant! So, I decided to go to the chiro for help...she definitely helped, and I found out that she specializes in prenatal. So, I started going every other week and it helps me tremendously...especially with all the changes your joints go through...especially in the hips/pelvis.
