Raisin Nut Bran was a lifesaver during my last pregnancy. I totally forgot about it until I saw it in the store the other day. I don't want to brag but I've pooped 3 times in 3 days! lol That's got to be some kind of record for a pregnant woman!
I really don't like raisins but at this point I'm willing to try anything. I take Colace & metamucil daily. The last time anything decent went down in that department was when I had Mexican food several days ago. I'm thinking about making coffee in the morning and/or taking MOM.
I got really bad in the 2nd tri and would eat Raisin Bran for breakfast, at least one fiber one bar (sometimes 2), 3 colace, and a ton of water. As long as I didn't vary from this I could poop ok.

During my second trimester I tried a Fiber One bar, thinking it would help.
I actually thought I was going to die. I had the worst, worst pain. To this day I get flashbacks when I see "fiber" on a food label.
I've got nothing other than Mexican food at this point but I will share with you if/when I figure something out!
Wee talked up Milk of Magnesia like I would be trapped in the bathroom for hours and it gave me NOTHING. I tried that last week and may do it again tomorrow.
Are you drinking a lot of water too? If I ate a lot of fiber but didn't drink enough water it would just give me lots of gas. I was drinking 120+ oz a day.
I've been getting what my doctor told me was enough (64oz I try for more) but I'm going to try to up it even more. I don't know what I'm going to do when I'm back to school. I'll have to pee 2 times every class period if I keep up at this rate!
