extreme GERD = food coming back up

This is nooooo fun indeed.  I had terrible m/s through 18 weeks, so vomit isn't a big deal for me.  But the pressure on my stomach from the babies is causing me to belch constantly as I eat and about 50% of anything I take (either liquid or food) is just coming right back up.

Dear Baby B: you need to stop kicking my stomach...

    Ugh I hear you. I throw up in my sleep constantly even though I am basically sleeping sitting up.

    Me too! This is by far the worst pregnancy symptom!

    Oh no! That sounds awful! Sorry you're dealing with that.

    And Baby B.. you need to stop being a typical "B" baby and cut your Mom some slack.

    I threw up in my sleep after about 30 weeks.  The dr. gave me Reglan...it helped.  Well, actually...not really.  lol.  =(  I'm so sorry you have to deal with this.  For me it was by far the worst part of pregnancy.
