I think most of my calories these days

are coming from milk.
As well as my liquid since plain water makes me gag.
I'm probably drinking about 8 glasses of milk of a day....we're going through several gallons a week....

Yuck. I hate milk, and my Dr isn't happy that I hate milk.
Are you getting really really full? Milk makes me sooo full!
