So, I've been thinking about what to do with LO's name. Would "Nathan Bradford Michael Duchow" be completely ridiculous or does it work? So far its the best thing I've come up with. Please share your honest opinion!![Poll]

Babywearing, cloth diapering, formula and breastmilk feeding, still can't believe I'm a mom, momma to my little man, two furbabies, and two angel babies.

Yeah, the longer name is so that my family and DH's family can be represented. We're not 100% sure we will have another one. Thats a whole other issue I'm dealing with. We both really want a big family, but I don't think I could handle going through everything again. I look at this one as our miracle baby and I'm okay with only having one.
Go with the longer name. It'll have more of an impact when you swing out of the front door and scream that after he's knocked the neighbor's window out with a baseball.
Seriously though, I don't give middle names much thought because I figure we only use them when the kids are in trouble. . .
(ETA: Which is to say I don't see a reason not to honor both families with a lengthy middle name - or names. Also, my brother's got two middle names - as does my cousin. It's different, sure, but not unreasonable.)

Thanks:) Yeah, he'll definitely know he's in trouble if I take the time to yell his whole name!

I think it's a lot of names! All good names though...
I think that based on your original dilema of including both your dads, Bradford Michael is the way to go. BUT if the only way to agree on it is to add the Nathan, then you should go for it, since you get all your requirements in there.
I have a lot of guidelines for my names too, so I know it's always a comprmise! ( havent found my own compromise just yet...)
I like Nathan Bradford. My brother's name was James Bradford, and he went by Brad. But I really like the name Nathan. It is actually one of the names that we thought about using---Nathan Fillion--TV series Castle--just makes me smile.
Just to let you know how we got my son's name--my FIL and BIL are both named Thomas. So we wanted to honor them by using it as a middle name. My father and brother are both named James. My father is James Finley III, and my brother is James Bradford---carrying on father's name but his middle name is mother's father middle name.
If I have another boy, I could always carry on my father and brother's name as a middle name--Nathan James or Brady James in order to honor them--I just wanted to stop to repetitive first name in both of our families. As well, my husband's name is Michael--I guess I could always do Brady Michael or Nathan Michael as well.
