5 month old sleeping all day?

I'm a little concerned...My daughter is 5 months old, and she has been sleeping all day! She went to bed at 10pm last night, and slept through the night. Than woke up at 8am, ate and played a bit. Than was out again at 9:30am. Then woke up at 12:00p and is out again at 1:30....Should i be worried? There has been a little worry of teething, but have any of you had this? THX

  • Does she have a temp or anything abnormal? Maybe she is going through a bit of a growth spurt!

  • My LO generally naps every 1.5-2 hours, so that doesn't sound too unusual.  On Monday he was awake like an hour at a time before needing a nap (which meant only like 15 minutes or so of play time due to feedings and diaper changes).  I figured it was a growth spurt.

  • it honestly doesn't seem too strange to me. my DD has a tendency to take two pretty long naps during the day when i am with her. must just be having a lazy saturday.

i agree it could be a growth spurt.
