    Hey Annie, thanks for checking in.  The day went pretty well. Luckily I had a meeting mid afternoon which meant I got to sneak home a little early which was nice. I also went for a walk on a nature trail near my work at lunch time, so it was nice to get outside.  I did get pretty sick again when I got home, but I just took it as it went and tried to just rest afterwards.

    I've kind of accepted that it's just going to be a long battle that I'll have to take one day at a time.  Thanks for your kind words yesterday, they really did help me get back on track!
