  Ours start in September.  I think there was one that started over the summer, but we wanted to do it a little closer to when the baby would be born... I agree though, it is seeming more real!

  If I may ask, what made you choose the Bradley method over others?  We're still thinking about the pros and cons of a birthing class... just getting some opinions!

  I would like to try for a natural birth. Speaking with other mothers, really helped us make the decision. I have spoken with 4 doulas and they have all recommend the Bradley classes to help prepare for birth. We would have liked to do one a few months later, but then we wouldn't finish the class before my due date.

  Ours start Sept 1st, the instructor recommended that we try to attend the class closer to our delivery than sooner.  If our session became full before we decided, she said the earlier one would be fine, but she preferred us to do it later. 

  My SIL & a few friends took this class from the instructor and had a wonderful experience (& all had great natural birth experiences as well) so we did not hesitate to send our deposit.  My SIL has also audited many of the hospital offered birthing classes in our area and said they were crap, so we knew we were not going to take any of those.
