A good NT scan!!
Phew!! We had a wonderful appointment today. She said it is for sure two placentas, they are fraternal. She never knew why it was in question. She also had twins and she was really positive. We told her we hope to find out what we are having and she took a look and thinks that Baby A is a boy, and not sure about Baby B but she didn't think she saw any boy parts on Baby B. We will see later if she is right. 
The scan part went really good all measuring fine, and I got to hear both heartbeats. Baby A was 152 and Baby B is 147. Baby B is turned down so that is why I have never gotten a clear look at it. We saw Baby A profile and both were moving around.
She was SO nice and so positive, it was a great appointment.

PS. At neither NT scan were we told gender. They just refused to guess, so you got a treat
