Lovenox Ladies

Hi, I just got my BFP yesterday and trying to schedule my appointments for the next few weeks. 

 When did you all begin taking your Lovenox shots?  I have to take them for Thrombophilia (sp?) and because I've had two TIA's.  Last pregnancy, I started them at 5 weeks 2 days wanted to see when everyone else started.  I believe I will be 4 weeks on Saturday and my Dr likes to start during week 6.  My family and I will be out of town during week 6 so I'm trying to decide if I should make an appointment for the day before we leave (5w3d) or wait until I get back. I know it is really a question for them but thought I would get opinions of those actually on the blood thinner.

    I think around 8 weeks.  I didn't realize I was pregnant until then because I had an IUD.

    I started them at 6 weeks. My Dr brought me in at 5 weeks 5 days and confirmed a heartbeat. She said the heart probably JUST started beating that day and to wait to the weekend to start my Lovenox.

    I started mine the day of my BFP at just about 4 weeks. I was told to start the shots as soon I got a positive test.

    I started mine the day of my FET . . . so 7 days before I got my BFP.  I would make the appt sooner rather than later.

    I started them about a week after I got my positive pregnancy test. I was also told to start them as soon as possible.

    I am on Lovenox now (not PG) and will still be on it when we TTC. 

    I think you should get the Lovenox sooner than later.

    I started as soon as I had a positive HPT.  Go ahead and get on it now.  Good luck!

    I started mine as soon as my doctor could get me the Rx after I got a postive hpt which was right at 4 weeks.

    8 weeks

    I've never had a dr want me to start them before being sure of viability, and especially making sure its not ectopic.

    PCOS, lupus anticoagulant, MTHFR (A1298C, one copy) 2 IUIs & 1 IVF = BFN FET#1 = It's a girl! Born 7.1.10 FET#2 = c/p FET#3 = Twin girls! Born on 3.16.12 at 33w2d due to severe pre-E. After 4 weeks in the NICU they are home! Lilypie Third Birthday tickers
