should i call the dr..trouble tightness in chest..

im 33 weeks.  ive had a cold since tuesday. fever. etc.

tuesday night it felt like there was a truck parked on my chest and there was tightness and it was hard to breath.

last night i had the same thing..but worse...heavy, tight, burning, and very hard to breath...

this is my 2nd pregnancy and i know everything gets squished and i assume it could just be a result of being sick....any thoughts? worth calling the dr?

    Yes especially if you are running a fever you should always call dr.

    Give them a call.  They'll probably want to check you and make sure everything is okay, and you'll feel better getting confirmation.

    Yes, you should call.  Both my DD and my dad recently had a cold that turned into pneumonia.  They both needed antibiotics.  Since your immune system is less active during pregnancy, you should get it checked out.
