Nicknames

When we announced what the gender was my mom announced how much she hated the girl's name and how relieved she is. Then she said she dislikes William, so she's asked to call him Liam (a name we love, btw) and we heartily agreed. DS doesn't want to name him anything but Lumpy, so that's what he calls LO.

Does anyone else have any nicknames the family have tried to pin on their LO?

    Hubs and I are considering Liam! (We won't know the sex for two more weeks, but it's definitely on the list for "if it's a boy.") :)

    I can't say that my family has really pushed any nicknames on us yet.

    Of course, there is still plenty of time for that! I think we'll really get serious about narrowing down our favorite names list once we find out which we're having. :)

    I love that name! As soon as Mom said it I was hooked! There are three mom's on the Oct board that plan on using William as their son's names, which is strange because William hasn't been used in years, I didn't think. Since I said I wanted to call him that there are two other women in Frankfort who told me that if they're having boys they're planning on calling them Liam, too.
