Baby Depot experiences

Anyone order their nursery furniture from Baby Depot? Experience with special deliveries?

    My neighbor had a recalled crib from Baby Depot and they tried to tell her that they never sold that crib and they wouldn't do anything for her.  She ended up having to call the district office in order to get it all resolved.  The store did end up giving her cash for her crib instead of store credit because they didn't want to deal with her anymore. 

    DS's crib is also from there, but we didn't special order anything.  The one by us tends to be very disorganized and they don't really seem to ever want to help

    We got our crib from them and I love it.  I thought they were better quality/style than the ones I was finding at BRU.  I plan on getting one for our new baby there too.  The one I wanted wasn't in stock at the store I went to so I just had them search for a store where it was and went there to pick it up.  I had no problems with them at all.  They were really helpful at each store I went to.  (the Main store I went to was the original one in Burlington that has now since closed and become a clearance outlet for them)

    We bought a crib there, than found out the next day it was recalled.

    It took us fighting them to return it, and when they finally did, they would ONLY give us a gift card even though we were within 30 days and had paaid cash
