baby shower etiquette
How common is it for people to bring gifts from a consignment store for a first baby shower? The thought is that the mother doesn't have anything for the baby yet and more could be purchased for the baby this way.

I have no idea.
If I got something good quality from a consignment store, I'd just not mention that's where I got it.
