Horrible, painful dry-heaving sessions. I don't want to take a zofran unless I really need it (my insurance will only give me 13 per week) and I would prefer to save them for any attacks at work. What else can I do to help?
I haven't been blessed with any ms yet, but I have had plenty of tummy troubles in my days. I buy candied ginger from the bulk section of the grocery store. You can suck on it, chew it, eat it (it's a bit spicy) or make it into a tea. I think it really helps. And it's totally safe, cheap, and looks like candy if you want to eat it infront of people who don't know you're pg.
I hope you can feel better soon.

Lemony water or sucking candy worked well for me. Strangely I only actually got sick twice, but the heaving was really something. I strained a muscle. Be careful and I hope you feel better soon.
Re: Today Started and Ended With...
That does not sound fun at all.
