Do you have a drink and BF? Do you have a rule of thumb (one drink + X long of a wait)? Our pedi told me I could have a drink and still BF however, if 2 pom. martini's is way over the limit then I think I am questioning her advice. What have you been told?

My own personal rule is that if I am feeling the drinks, buzzing or drunk, I don't BF. But if I have two drinks over the course of a few hours and I never feel drunk, I will BF. Enjoy!

Yes, I drink and BF. My rule of thumb: If I am drunk, I wait to BF from the breast... I'll give a bottle of BM.

I never pump and dump.

Alcohol dosn't concentrate in BM. When it's out of your bloodstream, it's out of the milk.

That being said, I still do a pump and dump... just to be sure
