I am 39 friggen weeks and 1 day and am STILL 0 cm dilated!!!

This is a joke, right? 39 weeks and I'm not dilated at all?!?! BLERGH!!!

Don't worry - with my first DD I was O cm dilated and my OB told me she would see me at the next appt. I was 39 weeks at the time and was done being pg so I went home and cried. AND...had DD two days later.

Well, if misery loves company:

My appt yesterday, ZERO progress. My doc's exact words "your cervix is still TIGHTLY...COMPLETELY closed"

Ya...just what I wanted to hear. Crying

Dont worry! I was closed up like Fort Knox until 40w3d with no contrax or anything. And the next day I started having some and at 40w6d my water broke at home and was at 6 cm 2 hours later. Just remember, pregnancy cant last forever so there will definitely be an end in sight sometime soon
