Have you become a messy eater?

I don't know if it is because my belly is bigger and it catches all the food I spill on it or if I am just becoming more of a messy eater since becoming pregnant, but I don't remember missing my mouth so much before. 

Is it just me?

    It's not just you. I can't lean over my plate, so food just drops wherever.

    I was wondering the same thing.  Just last night I went to take a drink of tea and didn't put the glass totally up to my mouth so it poured all down the front of my shirt. lol!  And then I was scooping ice cream and a chunk of it flung onto my shirt.  I've never been this clutsy.

    This.  And I can no longer see the lower part of my stomach, so I'm not aware of anything that might have hit down there until I look in the mirror.

    I constantly have food all over my belly, a girl I work with cracks up everytime. What the heck? And every time I drink water it goes down the front of my shirt.

    I'm so messy now.  There is one particular white tank top that every time I put it on almost immediately I get a spot right above my cleavage.  I have given up wearing it.  I also get lots of cleavage crumbs too, it's so annoying.

    I wind up with a stain on my shirt almost every day now.  I also discovered some chocolate jimmies from my ice cream cone in my bra the other day.

    Yup I'm a total slob now. I come home with yogurt... strawberry juice... everything you can think of.. on my shirt. I can't believe how messy I am nowadays! It's almost like I feel like my mouth should be closer to my hand when based on how far my belly sticks out in my peripheral vision. Or.. maybe my hand-eye coordination has taken a vacation!

    haha oh me too! im a mess! my best friend was just commenting on this because there were crumbs and drips like all over the belly, and im a pretty clean tidy person in general, oy

    I think it happens to all of us. My DH laughs because he knows when he hears me aww! Its not a cute aww its more of an oh man I did it again. We use Totally Toddler spray. It rocks, not only does it get almost any stain out you can use it on furnature and carpet and it smells like sweet baby powder. I LOVE it!

    And this is why I love the bump...because I was wondering the exact same thing!!! I have also noticed food drops down my shirt all the time. Maybe because I actually have cleavage now Stick out tongue

    Yes, I drop more things now.  What is even weirder is my inability to wash and dry my hands without getting water all over myself, especially my chest.  WTH is that all about?  I am not doing anything different or leaning against the counter with belly.  That I could understand. 

    You can't take me anywhere these days.

    I'm so glad you asked this question.  I can't lean forwrd the way I used to and I feel so clumsy. The cleavage-as-crumb-catcher that pp stated is also happening a ton.  I have to "spot wash" my clothes during the day so I don't look like a complete mess.

    I have this problem with just about everything I eat. Also, anything I drink somehow magically misses my face and ends up swimming around in my bra.
