Prenatal aqua classes for this summer?

Trying to find prenatal aqua aerobics classes in the Manchester area (I'd even go to Concord or Nashua). Concord Hospital doesn't have a class until September (when I'm due) and Merrimack/Nashua YMCA aren't offering a summer class either!!! Any other ideas?!

I am trying to get a gym in Exeter, Synergy Health & Fitness, to hold a summer class. It is yoga and aqua. She has a couple of people interested now but the more she's got the more likley she is to hold the class. Hey Ladies,

I am doing the aqua class at Synergy now but it ends 7/3 and the instructor needs knee surgery so she will not be doing the class until the fall

Don't know if you're willing to travel to the Somersworth/Rochester area (on the 108), but if you are, i am highly enjoying the prenatal swimming class at "The Works" (its a VERY nice gym owned by the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover). I love it so far! (just went for the first time today actually Embarrassed

but it was really good! Its every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 pm -7pm in the lap pool. Its free if youre a member, if you're not than its $65 for non-members. They also have a post-natal walking class. Apparently your bring your baby and walk with some other new mamas Smile

I go to regular aqua aerobics classes. Mine are at the Wellness Center at Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, which I know is too far for you. But you should check in your area for regular classes. They don't have to be prenatal. In fact, my instructor for one of my classes is pregnant as well!
