I am doing this for Luke next year. Get a book (like The Places You'll Go by Dr. Seuss or Curious You- a Curious George book) and each year have your child's teacher write a message to them....yearbook style at the end of the year When your child graduates high school you can give them this book.

On my DS's first birthday I bought him that book and wrote a message to him on the front cover. I let him play with it for awhile and I have since put it away. I plan on writing a second message to him upon his graduation and giving it to him again, I thought it would be a cute idea, we'll see!

Super cute idea. I always do Dr Suess "Happy Birthday to You" for all of the kids' first birthdays and have everyone at the party write a message to them. I've done something similar for baby showers using the book "Guess How Much I love you" and have people write advice and well wishes to the mom to be.
