sliced cheese (I use American but you could use what ever kind you like)
What to do:
Brown meat with the onion, drain.
Slice the bread in half and then hollow them out. then slice each half into boats (I usually can get about 6-8 boats depending on how long the loaf is.) I always make homemade croutons out of the hollowed out bread pieces.
Put them on a baking sheet.
Put mustard on the bottom of each boat
Spoon the hamburger meat onto each boat.
Top with cheese.
Put into oven on 350 degrees until cheese is melted and bread is slightly crispy.
Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken breasts, and pour salsa over all.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is tender and juicy and its juices run clear.
Sprinkle chicken evenly with cheese, and continue baking for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with sour cream if desired, and serve.
This is also good with black beans...and so easy! I usually serve over mexican rice.
1 cup mayo, 1 block cream cheese, 1 cup grated parmesan, 2 cans chopped artichoke hearts, 1 garlic clove, minced.
Take all the ingredients, mix them together. Put mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with some extra parmesan cheese. Bake in oven at 350 for around 40 minutes or until bubbly. (at the end I like to turn the broiler on to give a slightly brown crisp to the top.)
Serve with triscuits or tortilla chips.

First one...I just made this name up. Garlic parmesan chicken.
Ingredients:
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (As many as you'd like) Garlic (I use Garlic Salt) Crumbled Ritz crackers Shredded parmesan cheese Melted butter
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine Ritz, cheese, and garlic (the amount of garlic depends on you). Rinse the chicken breast and dip into melted butter. Then roll in cracker mixture and place on baking sheet (or baking stone). After all of the breasts are on the sheet, I sprinkle the leftover mixture on top of them. Cook in the oven until chicken is done. I usually make mashed potatoes with these (if you do instant mashed potatoes, a good trick is to add mayonnaise and they will taste more like homemade.)
Second one: Vegetable casserole
Ingredients: 2 cans of Veg-al 1 can corn 1 can cream of chicken 1/2 cup mayo 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese 1 can Swanson shredded chicken (optional, I do this if using as main dish) Topping: 1 stick Ritz crackers
Directions: Drain all canned items. Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish. Sprinke crumbled Ritz crackers on top. Cook on 350 until the sides are bubbling and the top is brown (about 30 min.)

Spread cream cheese on the bottom of an 8x8 dish. Mix chicken, dressing, hot sauce, and 1 cup cheese and spread over the top of the cream cheese. Top with remaining 1 cup shredded cheese, and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, crackers...whatever you like!

I made the mistake of making this for a football game. Now my family asks for it ALL THE TIME! I've heard it called 'crack dip' before and now I understand why. I warm my cream cheese and mix it with the other ingredients. I also use ranch dressing and blue cheese crumbles.
