I've been carrying really low my entire pregnancy so how will I know if/when LO has dropped? I've never had breathing or heartburn issues since I've carried low and I've always had to pee every 5 minutes because of it too. So how will I be able to tell?

Re: If you're carrying low...
Me too! I'm hoping once internals start that my OB will tell me based on LO's position. I had two people within a day or two tell me that I'd "dropped"... I kept saying "no really, she's always been that low, but now she is big enough that you can tell!"
BTW- jealous of the no heartburn... Breathing I can do, but heartburn has been my enemy since about month 4! =(
I was carrying very low this whole pregnancy, and let me tell you when you drop YOU WILL KNOW... the pressure is out of this world and I have developed this leg spasm/ pulled groin muscle type thing that literally freezes me in my steps from her being low. I had MAJOR heartburn and it went away 95% (still get it with acidy things)... I was worried about the same thing, but I def felt a difference... it was a slow drop though, I didnt just wake up one day, and looking back at pics the progression of dropping is obvious....
Good luck!
P.s your dr will be able to confirm when you've dropped too
I have carried low the entire time but could definitely tell!
My stomach just looks different, my hips/pelvix/butt are KILLING me. Oh any my belly button is lower somehow.
LOL. Yesterday I felt hiccups from my behind as well and I thought I was going nuts!
This. I was convinced I had actually pulled a muscle in my groin becaues it was so painful. I literally got in the floor one night and could not get back up because the pressure and spasms were so bad. I asked my doctor about it and she said the baby was 'grinding" on my nerves and hip bones. Awesome.
