AW: Zachary pictures!

Here are some pictures of our little Zach! Such a character, it was hard to pick which pictures to share.

Zach is still in the hospital, still working on his feedings. They increase his feeding volumes every day, but he's having a hard time finishing them on is own. He just kind of loses interest and stops sucking, so we have to finish feedings with the tube. The nurses all say it's just a matter of time, and there will be one day when it just "clicks" and he just gets it - that tends to be the pattern with babies with this issue.

We're visiting twice a day, which is exhausting, but definitely worth it. Those hours with him are always the highlight of my day.

What a cutie! I hope you guys get to take him home soon! And from what I've read on multiples boards (there tend to be a lot of preemies and babies with feeding issues on them), the nurses are totally correct about the feeding - for some reason they'll struggle for a while, and then suddenly it will click for them and they'll nurse like little champs! (It seems to often happen once they get right around their due date, so it must be an age thing?)
