? about bday parties
Hello I am planning my daughter's 1st bday party and I am looking for a place to have it. I would like it outdoors but with some type of shelter. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I could have it. I am from the Crafton area. TIA!

I'm a little familiar with Crafton area but not sure where the closest place would be for an outdoor party... some places to check would be:
South Park (not sure if North Park has anything similar)
Schenley Park
Avonworth Community Park (I looked into here for my wedding. It looked beautiful, a great indoor area if you happen to get rained on but a nice outdoor area also with a park for the kids)
I'm not too sure how close any of these would be to you though. South Park is right down 51 and then Schenley is near Oakland and Avonworth is on the other side of the city... hopefully one of them will work... We also have a few really nice childrens parks that have shelters and picnic areas to have parties too... (I'm originally from West Mifflin area)
