Pregnant after a Loss

Passed my three hour GTT +protein in the urine

I actually passed it by a lot.  My numbers were really low... like to the point that my doctor was surprised I didn't pass out.

Bad news is my 24 hour urine came back with 100 of protein.  300 is where they start really worrying about it.  My doctor wasn't overly concerned, but told me to take it easier (yikes with the move).

  • Great news that you passed it! try not to sweat about the protein too much... hopefully it will stay low for the remainder of the pregnancy. hang in there mama!

  • With the urine it could also be that it was not a "clean catch"... next time when they dip it if it comes back good that's probably all it was. Which is not that big of a deal.

    Thank goodness you passed!!

  • That is great news Andrea, and you should take it a little easier especially with the cankles.  Doesn't the military offer a pack up relocate service?

  • I'm so glad you passed!!!  It sounds like you're pretty far from the danger point with the protein too.  I hope it goes away and you have as smooth a move as possible!

They do.  They move everything for us... it is getting everything else done that is rough right now.  DH is gone a lot of the time, so most of it falls on me.  My mom is coming up tomorrow to help get things done, but a lot of the scheduling and planning I have to do.  My to-do list is getting smaller though.
