Does anybody know why some women have a flatter butt after pregnancy? Is it just loss of muscle tone? Or, something hormonal? Just curious b/c my butt is totally flatter than it used to be!
I don't know. My butt's enormous now. I've heard a theory that if your hips are wider than they used to be, your butt will be spread out and flatter. But my hips are wider and my butt is bigger...
I didn't know this happened at all - but after having my LO, I remember saying to my husband "Does my butt seem flatter to you???" And now I hear it's actually some kind of a post-partem thing! Crazy.
My butt has always stuck out - but just the right amount, in my opinion. I SO don't want nasty pancake bum that I see on a lot of older women. I hope I can get it to "bulk" back up again a little!

I wish anything on me was flat... instead it is all very wide, round, and squishy. Haha.
No actually my butt is a little flatter. I am doing squats and lunges hoping to build it back up. I used to have a great butt.... sigh.

I had a great bubble butt before having DD, now it is much flatter.
I'm on a quest to get my rear back!
