Monday Morning Movie Reviews

Would anyone be interested in telling us about movies they have recently seen?

We could do on Monday mornings :)

  • The most recent movie I have seen was Letters to Juliet.  It was cute but I don't think worth the $10 for tickets.  Definitely worth watching as a rental.

DH - DX Azoospermia - Sertoli Cell Syndrome

  • This is a great idea!

I saw SATC2 yesterday.  I was really disappointed.  I loved the first movie, but not so much for the sequel.  I don't want to put in spoilers, but this would have been a "wait until on DVD" for me.

  • My recent movie reviews

Prince of Persia - it was ok,  Jake Gyllenhall (sp?) does not look Persian to me but whatever.  The fight scenes were cool but not worth the $ to see it in a theatre, wait for the DVD.

the a-team - i was actually pleasantly surprised at how much i enjoyed this movie (maybe b/c i went in with very low expectations).  the fight scenes were fun, the main characters were entertaining and bradley cooper is pretty yummy.  if you were a fan of the TV show, then you may want to throw down matinee money to see it on the big screen.

  • The most recent movie that I've seen: Dear John

Obviously it's been out for a while =] My sister and I watched it and LOVED it. It hit really close to home since her DH is currently deployed.

    Lots of tears.

  • DH and I saw "Get him to the Greek" on Saturday.  It was horrible but in a good way.  If you want to mind numbing weird stuff then see it.  However I don't think it was worth the $$ so wait to rent it.

  • I saw The A-Team yesterday. I thought it was silly but entertaining and I agree with Worms - Bradley Cooper is De-lish!

My husband was so excited to see it that he was singing the theme song all morning before the movie. Sadly, he thought it was horrible.

Loved this movie...then again, Channing Tatum doesn't have to do much to make a movie good.  He's so dreamy!
