Update to "Kind of Scared"
Thank you for all of the advice girls.
Just as you all said, it's likely I only pulled muscle and everything is fine. I stayed in bed for the rest of the day yesterday and until later this afternoon. I have no spotting and the pain is only slight, if anything, today. So, it appears all is fine and I was just worrying too much.
