My husbands middle name is McKinley and my middle name is Rae...so I would really like to name our baby girl McKinley Rae or Kinley Rae. What do you think?

Are you sure you want to name your daughter after the highest mountain peak in North America?
Or the 25th president of the United States who was assassinated?
I think it's speshul you want to name your little one after yourselves, but that's not what people are going to think of when they see or hear her name.
Just some things to think about.
Personally, I'd go with Kinley if you are dead set on naming your daughter after your husband.
We're thinking of naming our baby Kinley, if it's a girl! It's the only girl name I like, and it's unique. I was thinking of Kinley Jo...but like Kinley Rae too. I'm kinda wanting to switch up the spelling to Kynlee - but not 100% sure. I like it better, but my hubby doesn't.
I think they are both cute. I personally like Kinley better, but thats probably because that is our girl name too. Her name will be Kinley Marie or Kinley Katherine.
You do realize that McKinley Rae could also be taken for a boy name, right?

I really like it because you are spelling it correctly. Don't do "Kinley." That sounds weird. But McKinley Rae is very cute. Any other spelling and I wouldn't like it.

So yes, adorable name!
This. Names like this and Kaylee or whatever make me
I like it! It's my grandma's maiden name and I have lots of cousins (girls) that have it as a middle name. I think it's cute!
