I'm sick of working my butt off, and watching what I eat, and the dang scales aren't moving!!!!!!! It drives me nuts....I am on the verge of tears.....I have maintained the suggested caloric intake, and doing the suggested at the gym and no where.
How about trying the high protein diet? It seriously works, it's short term, and then you can incorporate other foods as the weeks go by. I'm going to start it Sun or Mon...nothing but turkey bacon, eggs, tuna, chicken, and turkey. Oh and TONS of water. My brother lost 5lbs in 1 week.
