Can anyone describe a BH for me

I had this really weird, almost tightening of my lower belly yesterday. I didn't think anything of it because I get that sometimes when I have to pee. The more I think about it, though, I don't think thats what it was. It wasn't quite the same. I don't know, just trying to figure out what it was, I guess. TIA!

    My BH are my whole ute getting hard. It feels like I have a rock in there instead.

    That sounds like mine. I have two kinds, one where my belly just gets super super tight and one where there's a ball somewhere in my belly, rock hard ball.

    Yeah, I haven't been able to have sex for 13 weeks. So I know that isn't it:)

    i have never had a bh where my whole uterus gets hard. mine are always concentrated in the lower abs. i can't feel a hardening from the outside, but it feels like tightening on the inside. sometimes it's quite painful.
