Prob a really stupid TTC question

Ok ..Im not ttc but I do have a related question.

I never charted or even tired to figure out when I ov untill this week when I thought AF was late. I used one of those online OV calculators and it asked me the length of my cycle. 21/28day.

Do you start counting on Day 1 of AF to day 1 of the next AF?  or something else?

    yes, day 1 to day 1. If you are 28 days you ovulate between days 9-16.  Have fun when you do tty:)

    Thanks...i was really confused ! And AF came the very next day ....but when we do TTC in a couple years now Ill be able to figure it out LOL

    Yeppers!  Day one of your cycle is the first day of your period Smile

     

    Taking Charge of Your Fertility is a great book if you want to learn more about your cycle - I highly recommend it!
