I went in to my appointment with an open mind and open heart and put my worries in Gods hands. God has different plans for our little girl making her way into the world as of today. I am 1" dilated and my doc can feel her head but it seems as if the placenta is trying to come first which is not good. So we really need a c-section to prevent that. So we have a date of either October 27 or October 28th. She is still measuring huge! Today at 36.5 weeks I am measuring 44 weeks. No wonder I feel so tight and uncomfortable. I still have no stretch marks as of yet..... My doctor joked and said  to make sure to bring her trike with me because she is going to be big enough to ride a bike it looks like. Wow what a difference it is going to be having a 5lbs newborn and a approx 10lbs newborn. She did say if my waterbreaks or I go into labor and the placenta has moved that we can still try for a v-bac. So good and bad news but knowing that I will have my baby by the end of the month is fabulous news!!!

    That is fabulous news!!  I somewhat hope your water breaks before hand, but glad to know that you have a date to start planning for!

    Measuring 44w already?  Wow mama!  I hope you go into labor before the end of the month and get that toddler out of there! Stick out tongue I hope your placenta moves so you can go forward with the vbac but whatever it takes to deliver your big little girl will be best.  Hang in there Katia!

    I am glad to hear your appointment went well. Hopefully she starts to come sooner then later, and it works out. If not I vote for the 27th as it is dh's birthday!

    Thanks ladies! I really am so thankful for the support on the board. I am vetoing the 29th as it is MIL b-day and I am sure she would love to think that it is her baby just because they share a b-day. So I called and they said either the 27 or 28th!
