I did during my (dry) Clomid cycles, but on my O's on Follistim I have amazing CM. Well, that and I have IUI's...
Twin boys born too early at 17w4d and 18w2d in February 2010
Transabdominal cerclage placed September 2010
DS born at 35w1d in February 2011
Twin girls born at exactly 36w in February 2013
Most people say that preseed is only sperm friendly lube - it doesn't "help" you get pregnant. Myself, I don't have great quality CM (sorry tmi) and so I started to use it to improve the "conditions", so to speak, for the sperm.
I started using it in January and got pregnant that cycle - I had a m/c though. I used it in February and got pregnant again, sadly I had another m/c. I really do beleive that it helped with my getting pregnant. Seems like it couldn't just be a coincidence.
I did use it again this last month and did not get pregnant, but I still have hopes that it could help me again. A little goes a long way though - I use the tube and the applicators you fill yourself and I only fill them to the 1.

Thanks for the reply, girls! Getting pregnant doesn't seem to be my problem, so honestly, I'm not worried about that part. Although maybe I'll have trouble now, who knows? Regular lube doesn't make the sperm wonky or anything, right? Like, it wouldn't cause me to miscarry? I know I'm reaching here, and I'm thinking if it DID we'd be hearing all about it on the news and no one would be having babies, but it's one of those things that crept in the back of my head and stayed there!

Update: I went and got some. I figured it couldn't hurt. But damn, it was $20! Oh well.
And on the way I thought, I had to ask the stupidest question ever. Of course other lubes aren't THAT bad because FHs get pregnant with them all the time! Thanks for your input, ladies!

Preseed provieds an environment conducive to getting pg. Sperm can swim in it and it could actually 'help' move them along. I would *not* use any other lube, bec it could harm or impede sperm. Most lubes have spermicide (sp). HTH, I like my preseed, I use very little and it really helps 'move' things along during FWP
BFP 11/09...M/C 1/27/10...TTCAL 3/2010...IUI #1 9/2010 = BFN
IUI #2 10/29/2010 = TWINS! EDD 7/25/2010
C-SECTION 7/7/11 at 37.5wks due to severe pre-eclampsia.
Liliana born 6lb7oz and Anthony born 5lb4oz

Thanks! Sounds like it will be a good investment!

Yep. Similar to this. During my normal cycles, I'm pretty dry. During my IUI cycles, I had so much CM last time it dripped all over the floor at the dr office. The niurse wiped it up and told me that it happens all the time.
