WTH was I thinking?

in Trying to Get Pregnant

Going into town on a Friday afternoon in the summer. I had to go to the bank (which is inside the grocery store) and couldn't even find a parking spot. 9 out of 10 license plates were from OOT.

It just took me 2 hours to go to the bank, run into CVS for OPK's and pick up a coffee from DD. 

Town is only 10 miles away!

    YIKES!   If it makes you feel any better I had to waste 20 minutes of my lunch at CVS waiting for somone to unlock the case with the Pre-seed in it.

    We live in a touristy city and we avoid going anywhere near the "tourist area" on Thursdays through Sundays.  It's lame, actually, because we miss out on fun walks, etc.  But I absolutely cannot stand the slow people rudely stopping in the middle of the sidewalks to take pictures or look at their phones/maps/cameras.

    Worse...mountains. Our 'off' season is only about 2 1/2 months from the end of March until Memorial day. Other than that it's summer vacationers at the lakes and rivers, fall leaf peepers, and winter skiers.

    I totally feel your pain. My rendezvous to Target earlier lasted way longer than I expected. They only had 3 checkers! Then on the way back to the office there were tons of motorcycles on the interstate and lots of traffic! I hate Friday traffic in Austin!!!!

    Happy friday! lol Sounds like my hometoen I went to take my sons to lunch and then go to the store should have just planned to do it sunday! Big mistake!

    Oh, it's ROT rally at the moment, no wonder there were so many bikers Wink
