Questions about Steevia
Hi! I am a newly pregnant nestie...A few months ago, I switched to Steevia sweetner instead of Splenda. Is this safe during pregnancy?
I have to avoid sugar. Both of my parents are diabetic, so my risk factors are high.

IMO all artificial sweetners are bad for you and I wouldn't touch anyone of them with a ten foot poll.
The sad truth is there isn't a whole lot you can do in pregnancy (or before) to avoid GD... your body is going to do what your body is going to do. The best thing you can do is to try to eat your best and exercise regularly... that's good for you and the baby.
