Douchebag's lawyer wanted to delay the determination until next week because he hadn't been able to get ahold of Douche to determine if the there was no issue of health insurance (my lawyer hadn't struck this out of the agreement). So even though he knew there wasn't an issue, he had to confirm. I said "well you probably haven't been able to get ahold of him because he has been in trouble with the law". You should've seen the look on his lawyers face-he had to pick his jaw up off the floor and he said "What?????!!!!". So we agreed to strike the issue of health insurance out of the agreement and both lawyers agreed and the judge signed.
