Last night DH and I were going through the things he needs to know while I am away this weekend. I usually take Sophie to daycare in the morning and so I was letting him know our routine - especially since she starts ballet on Monday and I need him to get all the stuff to the daycare.
At the last minute I said, "Oh...and don't forget to please brush her hair and at least put it in a ponytail." He looked so perplexed! He replied, "Oh, I need to brush her hair?" Ummmm. YEAH! Lord. I am almost scared about what my kid is going to look like for the next 4 days. He does not care about matching clothes, socks, or shoes...and apparently brushing your hair is a foreign concept to him.
I will say it again, "MEN!" LMAO.
Re: Men!!! LMAO!
LOL
Whenever SIL goes away, or leaves her DH responsible for dressing the kids, she lays everything out for him in piles by days (very fool proof). He'll still manage to dress them in random stuff, not matching, and you know the hair isn't going to be all pretty! LOL

LMAO!!! That is hysterical!!

I think my dad is a rare breed. He used to get me ready for school from kindergarten all through the 3rd grade and gave me pig tails every day. There has never been a straighter line dividing the hair! Even if there was just one rogue hair he'd take the whole thing off and do it again. If anyone else brushed my hair he'd redo it himself because it was never up to his standards LOL My grandmother still talks about it.
