Hi! I just intro'd myself the other day. I don't know if you remember me, but I had been posting on TTCAL, though not very often. Congrats on the BFP!
I'm on progesterone, too, but it's just once a day. The only thing the doc told me was to take it at night b/c it might make me drowsy, so I've been taking it right before I go to bed.

Congratulations and Welcome! Wishing you a H & H 9 months!
I did progesterone supplements (oral). I would recommend being aware of possible side effects so you don't get too worried with cramping, exhaustion, ect. I'm not sure if those happen with all forms of progesterone but it's good to be aware just incase.
For my morning pro, I would set my alarm 30min-1hour ahead of when I would really need to get up to take it, then go back to sleep. I think staying horizontal helps it absorb more, so less comes out. You will need to wear pantyliners all the time though.

Insert the night one at bedtime when you're in bed for the night. Give yourself 30 extra min in the morning and lay flat or even prop your hips up a little. I found it was better to let it absorb a little. You'll inevitably have leakage, but not as bad.
