F/U: Dr. appt

It is looking like I will be having a scheduled c-section on Monday June 21st. The dr. is insisted on waiting until I am 39 weeks to do it. The baby didn't get weighed they will do that next appt I am hoping they will go ahead and do it next week I just had a notion on my mind it was going to happen next week, so we will see!

    Yay your porkchop will be here soon lol!!! I can not wait to meet him!!! Most Drs wait until 39 weeks to do a c-section so that the babies lungs are fully developed...but who knows maybe he will want to come sooner ;)

    Research has shown that those last days are important, so try to be patient and remember your LO is still growing and developing and you will meet him soon!  I know that patience is hard at this stage!

    That day will be here before you know it!  So take the time knowing little one is getting a bit more incubation time and try to make some time for yourself and relax before little one gets here.  I'm sure it's easier said than done though.  Hugs and good luck with the wait and C-section!

    He'll be here so soon!  Take the time to enjoy this last week and a half.  You don't realize how much you'll miss him inside you until he's out!

    Even though it doesn't seem like it to you, that's really soon!  My practice also won't schedule any c-sections or inductions until 39 weeks, so that's probably pretty standard.

    If it's any consolation to you, I'd be thrilled to know that my baby was arriving by 7/15.  I'm honestly preparing myself to have to wait until August :(
