I really don't want to be at work..

So much so that I have done hardly anything... and what I have done is not even work related. Balanced my checkbook, filed my nails, chatted with my DH on gmail chat....ignored the phone ALL morning.

Yes, today I am the lazy office biiitch.

    I feel ya, I'm the same. I got in 5 minutes late and got on the computer right away. I've done nothing. I've been here for an hour.

    I'm actually working, but my mind is not into it.  I only have to work 5 hours today and then I'm off to my OB appt and taking the rest of the day off - yahoo.

    Tomorrow is my last day at work before maternity leave!!!

    How is your mom??

    I'm not going to rub it in that I am not working today...because I have a sh!t ton of stuff to do at the house. Good thing DH is doing homework in the livingroom because I would have the tv on and probably would sit here forever!

    I'm jealous, I have to work until 5... even though I was scheduled to work until 3:30 they are making me stay until 5 because I called in yesterday to be with my Mom... who by the way is still in the hospital but they pretty much guilted me into coming in even though we are DEAD... I am still pretty irate about the whole situation, I really want to just walk out and tell them all the go fvck themselves, I don't need this job.

    I had yesterday off for my son's Kindergarten graduation - it was so nice to be off.  I was thinking, "oh ya, I'm going to get used to this maternity leave REAL fast."

    sorry that your mom is still in the hospital.  It's so scary when they can't find the cause.  I hope she keeps improving.
