me! Next week I am joining WW online...I *thought* I had been doing pretty good the past few weeks, but the scale hasn't moved...so I know I am missing something...ugh...

WW never did it for me...I was always better on my own. I think for me, its what I eat at dinner. I never snack...and I always drink water, but by the time dinner hits I'm eating High Fat, High Carb, low protein food.
LOL...no you are not alone! and I am sure there are others lurking who have the same problem...the WW part for me is writing down all my foods...never cared for the meetings, but when I actually see all the things I am actually eating it helps me to moderate...
dinner is definetly the worst time for me too...you get home from work and everyone is starving and there just isn't always time to put a lot of thought into the meal...meal planning would probably help....of course if I won the lottery and could afford a private chef I wouldn't have this problem....*sigh8...off to google "quick healthy dinners" and make a grocery list...

I just thought I was alone in the Pesky 20.

I'm going to try little/no carb with high protein & fiber.
Tons of veggies and roasted or baked meats.
The problem is I have to make two meals, because DH won't eat the "healthy" ones I've made in the past. Can't say I blame him too much
