This is a post and run as I am getting my bloated butt on the treadmill right now. So what did you do for the benefit of your body today? I ate Bojangles for breakfast and had to make up for that unhealthy choice by eating a salad for lunch and another for dinner. I am shooting for 3 miles on the treadmill tonight. GL with your healthy efforts!

  • 30 minutes on the eleptical and 20 lifting weights.  I hope I can move my arms tomorrow lol

  • I failed. I used the forecast for rain and rain clouds in the sky as an excuse when I got home from work and it still hasn't rained. I'm thinking I might squeeze a short workout in before work in the morning.

  • Will do 30 mins on the treadmill, 20 on the elliptical and then 10 or 15 on the stairmaster.  I'm tired just thinking about it.

  • Yoga and low impact aerobics. With Memorial Day and graduation cookouts, I packed on 8lbs.Embarrassed Gotta get to it!!!!!
  • I leave in an hour for an hour of biceps, chest and cardio! Too bad I am bloody exhausted and don't want to go..

    I strained my right achilles yesterday so no running for me for a few days  Sad

    I had to make do with a 60 minute bike ride - about 14 miles all around town. Then we had a nice healthy dinner of grilled tilapia and summer vegetables - yummy!

  • 3 mile run/walk on the treadmill! It felt good to be back in the workout saddle. :)

    We also had some delicious and super healthy mahi-mahi fish tacos that I'm getting ready to blog about. I love when healthy food tastes good!

  • Well I got the great idea to go to a new "booty boot camp" class last night. i usually attend Zumba, yoga, or just do the elliptical. Needless to say, my workout for today consisted of simply trying to sit down and stand back up. My booty is in serious pain...no pain, no gain though right.
