This is a post and run as I am getting my bloated butt on the treadmill right now. So what did you do for the benefit of your body today? I ate Bojangles for breakfast and had to make up for that unhealthy choice by eating a salad for lunch and another for dinner. I am shooting for 3 miles on the treadmill tonight. GL with your healthy efforts!

I strained my right achilles yesterday so no running for me for a few days
I had to make do with a 60 minute bike ride - about 14 miles all around town. Then we had a nice healthy dinner of grilled tilapia and summer vegetables - yummy!
3 mile run/walk on the treadmill! It felt good to be back in the workout saddle.
We also had some delicious and super healthy mahi-mahi fish tacos that I'm getting ready to blog about. I love when healthy food tastes good!

EDIT: Saucy. . .I meant to quote you here: This was the same workout for me (3 mile run/walk). I am going to add in a little ab work before bed. Glad you got back with it today. The longer you wait to start back, the harder it seems to be.
