Baby shower space recs?

Hello Baltimore Mommies!

I'm not originally from this area, and have been here for less than a year. My mother wants to host a baby shower for me here, as I have friends on the shore and here that want to attend. I live in a small apt, so my space is not suitable for a shower. I'm looking for space in Baltimore County, preferably in Towson, Perry Hall, White Marsh, or somewhere in between. Also, the cheaper the better!

Does anyone have any experience in renting space from any of the parks, YMCA's, churches, anywhere?? I'm looking to find space for about 30ish people.

Padonia Park Club might be a place...they have an outdoor pavillon that you can rent out and bring in your own food.

You can try one of the American Legion Halls. I've been to a couple events at those. There is one in the Parkville area and one in Rosedale that I can think of off the top of my head.
