Need a good recipe

for stuffed pork chops. All of the recipes I've found are either too complicated or have something in them that I don't eat(my palate is really soft). I have two really nice butterflied pork chops in the freezer just waiting on the right recipe...ideas?

I never really make stuffed pork chops, I usually just split them and cook them a different way. However, I would look on food network. It seems like a lot they have on there are either stuffed w/ a sausage base or fruit base.
